Unsatisfied with your purchase? Not to worry, you have 3 DAYS from the date your order is received to return for a store credit. Store credit is given only if an item(s) are returned in its original condition. Refunds are NOT available. 

All sale items, shoes, accessories, body suits, and swimwear are FINAL.

Returns/Exchange Policy

Just BE...On The Runway offers returns for store credit ONLY. Please contact Just BE...On The Runway within three days of receiving your purchase to receive a store credit. You will receive a coupon code, which would be your first name as the code to use toward a future purchase, pending the items are returned in the same condition sent. The item is considered a final sale on the fourth day following your purchase date.  A store credit for returned merchandise is not inclusive of shipping charges. Swimwear and Accessories are Final Sale. All items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping & Delivery

During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1 to 3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy. Thank you for your patience.

At this time Just BE...On The Runway Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date. Next day shipping is available upon request for an additional shipping charge. You will be notified of the additional shipping charge at the time of purchase. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.

Pre-Orders

Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor. Of course you will be notified as soon as this has been made aware. All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases.

Inventory

If an item has sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email right away. Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at anytime before the daily update. We apologize should this happen in advance and will notify you accordingly. Thank you for your patience.
